Eredetileg m\u0171szaki p\u00e1ly\u00e1ra k\u00e9sz\u00fclt, de egyre ink\u00e1bb a m\u0171v\u00e9szeti tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g fel\u00e9 fordult. \u0150stehets\u00e9gk\u00e9nt, tan\u00edt\u00f3mester n\u00e9lk\u00fcl, \u00f6ner\u0151b\u0151l lett szobr\u00e1sz. Az I. Vil\u00e1gh\u00e1bor\u00fa alatt k\u00f6zt\u00e9ri szobrokat alkotott. Hatvanban, Nyitr\u00e1n, P\u00f6sty\u00e9ben, Hevesen,Kecskem\u00e9ten \u00e9s \u00dajvid\u00e9ken \u00e1ll\u00edtott\u00e1k fel eml\u00e9km\u0171veit. Az al\u00e1bbi filmh\u00edrad\u00f3 tud\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s Nyitr\u00e1n fel\u00e1ll\u00edtott szobor avat\u00e1s\u00e1n k\u00e9sz\u00fclt 1918-ban.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/filmhiradokonline.hu\/player.php?id=5404\" width=\"465\" height=\"350\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nEzt k\u00f6vet\u0151en 1920-ban v\u00e1ndorolt ki Amerik\u00e1ba, ahol Braz\u00edli\u00e1ban els\u0151 siker\u00e9t az &#8222;Er\u0151&#8221; c\u00edm\u0171 szobr\u00e1val aratta. Az akkori vil\u00e1gki\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s m\u0171v\u00e9szeti igazgat\u00f3jak\u00e9nt folytatta karrierj\u00e9t, melynek &#8222;Botond&#8221; \u00e9s &#8222;Lehel&#8221; c\u00edm\u0171 szobrai alkott\u00e1k bej\u00e1rat\u00e1t. Jelent\u0151s sikerei ellen\u00e9re azonban h\u00e1rom \u00e9vvel k\u00e9s\u0151bb az Egyes\u00fcl \u00c1llamokba &#8211; New Yorkba &#8211; k\u00f6lt\u00f6z\u00f6tt \u00e1t, ahol sz\u00e1mos amerikai \u00e9s magyar t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelmi szem\u00e9ly szobr\u00e1t form\u00e1zta meg. Egyik alkot\u00e1s\u00e1t &#8222;Patrick Cardinal Hayes&#8221; mellszobr\u00e1t a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.metmuseum.org\/collections\/search-the-collections\/210007775?img=1\">Metropolitan M\u00fazeum \u0151rzi<\/a>. 1929-ben a M\u0171v\u00e9szeti Akad\u00e9mia is tagj\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1lasztotta. Ez k\u00f6nyv alakban \u00e9s foly\u00f3iratban, folytat\u00e1sokban egyar\u00e1nt megjelent ezzel alapozva meg \u00edr\u00f3i h\u00edrnev\u00e9t. Ennek k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 r\u00e9sze \u201eA testv\u00e9reim \u00e9s \u00e9n\u201d c\u00edmmel k\u00f6telez\u0151 olvasm\u00e1ny volt az amerikai iskol\u00e1kban. Mindkett\u0151t saj\u00e1t rajzaival illusztr\u00e1lta. 1939-ben Los Angelesbe k\u00f6lt\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Itt k\u00e9sz\u00edtette el <a href=\"http:\/\/hu.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kov%C3%A1ts_Mih%C3%A1ly\">Kov\u00e1ts Mih\u00e1ly<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/hu.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kossuth_Lajos\">Kossuth Lajos<\/a> \u00e9s <a href=\"http:\/\/hu.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mad%C3%A1ch_Imre\">Mad\u00e1ch Imre<\/a> szobr\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9lete v\u00e9g\u00e9n 1957-ben ism\u00e9t felaj\u00e1nlotta alkot\u00e1sait sz\u00fcl\u0151v\u00e1ros\u00e1nak, de azok hazasz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t m\u00e1r nem \u00e9rhette meg. 1958. augusztus 3-\u00e1n hunyt el Los Angelesben.
